How many neck curls should I be doing?

I am doing 5 sets of 10 Mon/Wed/Thurs at the end of my usual workout. Should I do more to grow my neck? Body weight ones btw
 
Should do at least 20 reps especially without weights but a neck harness would definitely help

10 is too small of a rep amount because you don’t want to use too heavy weights for your neck

also you want to use weights, doing only body weight isn’t going to make noticeable gains. start with a 5lbs weight then slowly progress when that feels easy

dont worry about weight focus on reps to build hypertrophy
