how many of you guys here have ever had an autism meltdown

i still have mini ones, when i was really little i used to hit myself in the head and stuff... my parents would always say stuff about me when i was a later teen and did this, they would always talk to me about other adults or even kids...
my parents honestly caused my downfall

real, i once hit someone in the throat (always go for the throat) for spitting on my in the hallway.. i put him in the hospital and got kicked out of school... i remember the pain from my father beating the SHIT out of me when i got home

The only time ive hit someone was in daycare over 12 years ago when my autism was at it’s peak. Some kid broke my toy so i later that day beat him with a plastic shovel. I was always nice and calm around everyone except him. I still get those urges to hit somene with full force or stab someones head off but ive learned to control my emotions and they are just thoughts.

I don’t have any good reason to do it because no one usually is agressive towards me but if someone will be then i will.
