Eating good won’t get you fat. That being said I won’t follow a strict diet.

Mine come out with low body fat regardless of any exercise. But theh definitely improve in definition when I work out. I don't do crunches or anything like that, just planks.

Yeah, mine came in after a week but I went too far with a cut. I lost some strength and when I was bulking up, it was really slow.

I have never followed a diet. That's just insane and extra stress to an already crazy schedule. I am eating whatever I feel like (be that pizza steak or whatever) and hit the gym. I am sure most people with the right genes/bodytype will have noticed there is no need for dieting to maintain low bodyfat.
