Also, 15 lbs of muscle in 30 weeks is possible since Lyle Macdonald's chart shows that you can gain 20-24 lbs of muscle in your first year of training, 10-12 lbs in your 2nd year, 5-6 lbs in your 3rd year and 2-3 lbs in your 4th year and every year after that. But @rightfulcel is also right, 15 lbs of muscle isn't going to be enough if you are starting out as a very skinny guy. You are going to need at least 30 lbs of muscle, that can be achieved in 2-3 years of hard training. To reach the physique of your dreams, you need to reach at least those numbers (can be done in maximum of 3 years if done properly): a 100 lb weighted chin up, a 200 lb overhead press, a 315 lb bench press, a 405 lb squat and a 500 lb deadlift. By doing this you will achieve Omarisuf's physique, you won't look like Jeff Seid, but you will look huge and people will definitely be able to tell that you actually lift even if you have a shirt on. In fact, most guys in the gym aren't that strong and the biggest guys are on gear, so if you reach those numbers, people (and girls) will be mirin' you in the gym even if you don't look as big as the fake natties. I am a 6 foot 4 168 lb skinny 22 year old and my goal is to reach 220 lbs at 15% body fat in 3 years by reaching those numbers, since I look 18 at 22, when I will be 25 I will look 21 which will go perfectly well with my level of muscle mass.
