I would say anywhere from 0.1-0.8 psl depending on severity.

almost nothing, a crooked nose is caused by either recessed facial bones or recessed nose bridge

if the crooked nose is caused by recessed nose bridge you need nose implant or fille or fat graft

if you have facial recession then you need Bimax, not rhinoplasty.
