With proper form (stretched at the bottom, chin over the bar and no kipping).

I just did 22 in a depleted state at 83kg bodyweight, that's with no carbs and low calories. I just started doing them again.

His form is quite terrible. Doesn't stretch at the bottom, uses momentum, and he calls it's a pull up when it's a chin up.
Yes :) I wasn't able to do pull ups in a while because of pain in the shoulder caused by inflammation. Cutting the carbs made it possible for me to do pull ups again.

Do you do weightlifting or Calisthenics?

15 strict form wide grip
I use a wide grip, too, but I feel like if the grip is too wide, then the range of motion gets cut short.

I use a grip that's in line with my shoulders, maybe slightly wider

I do weight training, but I want to try getting into calisthenics now that my shoulder is healed. Last time I did dips, I was able to do weighted dips with 60kg for a 3 x 8. Haven't done them in a while because it caused so much pain in my right forearm, but that might have changed after cutting the carbs, so might put them into my routine again.

That's a good width.

How long have you been training?

Yeh same
Mirin 22 tho I’ve never know anyone do that much irl

JFL at calling yourself a looksmaxer and not being able to do 1 pullup

I worked out in high school for 2-3 years, got strong and big, but quit. Started training again almost 2 years ago. I've fucked around and yoyo dieted for the past 5 months, so I lost a lot of strength and some size, could be even stronger. I've always had an easy time building strength, much faster than I can put on size.

I was quite surprised myself. Thought I'd only be able to do like 15. Was quite lightheaded afterwards, felt like I was going to faint.

Nice, I'm currently doing Calisthenics although not strictly, I do "grease the groove" only since I cba to have a program that I follow. I've noticed strength gains for sure but muscle-wise I'm a skinny bitch

How's your diet? That's the most important part.

A prettyboy like you need to add some size for some added masculinity. Imagine pretty looks, thick neck and a muscular lean body with a nice V-shape, pretty much IDEAL. You could do the whole Instagram fitness model thing.

There's the issue :lul: You don't want to fuck with nutrition while you're still growing, bro. Eat some meat.

Bro body game is legit for some, but with my subhuman frame it would be pointless

You're 15, it can improve drastically. I am much wider than when I was 15.

I've noticed that guys who gymcel in their youth tend to developed a larger frame. I have quite a big frame and I started working out at 15.

Yeh bro heard it a million times "protein, animalfat, testosterone" all the BS. Meat does jack shit for muscle gain, all that matters is remaining in a positive nitrogen balance and training hard so you get into a hypertrophic state. Plenty of lads in my class that consume animal products yet i'm stronger than them and they look like twats.

How much protein are you getting with your plant based diet? Are you taking a vitamin D and B12 supplement?

Also, there are amino acids only found in meats that have a positive effect on muscle building. Not saying you can't build muscle on a vegan diet, but it's not as effective as a diet with animal products.

bro do you eat liver unlike vegans like freck
bro not only frek is vegan but he has cuck pheno :lul: i eat beef liver 1-2 times a week and i ascended

I'm not tracking macros/micros at the moment, I'd be guessing around 90-100.

False, Bobby's Perspective used to be on a plant-based diet, gained very good amount of muscle, then went carnist due to his brain damage, claimed that plant-based diet is harmful and made him sick and skinny. Vegan Gains discussed his hypocrisy and lies in his most recent videos. Plenty of Plant based dieters more muscular than carnists.

5’11 idk weight I have no scales
When you gotta go out and get that pussy, bro? Someone with your face should be slaying like crazy at your age tbh.

Well, Bobby is a retard. Never said you can't build muscle on a vegan diet, just that it's a little slower.

You need to track your macros if you want gain muscle. You need to know how many calories you are consuming and how much protein.

You HAVE to supplement with B12 on a vegan diet, it's CRUCIAL. There is ZERO vitamin B12 in a vegan diet.

Vitamin B12 is crucial for health and you can really fuck yourself up if you don't have any of it. One of the symptoms is "changes in the way you think, feel and behave," that's not a good thing.
