The highest number of straight reps I include in my daily routine is 20, which is my first set. So technically speaking, its 20 but I probably could do a few more than that if I really wanted to.

My best is only 5 or 6. But I went from being able to do none cos was very skinny. Havent done any in ages tho so would be even less now

probably more than you

I was doing calisthenics since 15 bro

I usually do 3 sets of 10-12 pull-ups with extra 20 kg in the gym, after I deadlift

The deadlift is not my good lift, I haven't done it that much

Before the corona, I was doing 3x5 with 140 kg

Max deadlift is around there yeah

I got some fat during the quarantine

I'm 80,5 kg now

I thought you were talking about strength competitions.

I will see after my first steroid cycle if I have bodybuilding potential and a good response to AAS and then I will see.

19 full range motion with slow decline. Then again I'm pretty light. @6ft1 how much lean mass can one gain from calisthenics if natty and eating a high protein diet, assuming good genetics.

Not that much, the gym is far superior.

I don't do calisthenics anymore.

Well, you can build savege back with pull ups. If you csnt do pull up and you will move to 15 youre musle mass will go up like crazy.

I dont like lifting tbh. I wish to try ultra marathons one day.

@6ft1 Last time I measured I was 176 but I have very mild scoliosis so after fixing it I'll probably be 178cm
