Im doing benpress right now.How many sets should I do 3 or 5 or 7?

For strength do 8 or less reps with more weight of 3

abs plank position only for definition. Don't add muscle to your abs it usually looks bad.

It's not exactly low. The last weight I do I only do with assistance (talkin' bout becnhes), the one before that is what I can do for 3-6 repetitions, the first is for 10-12. Yeah I guess you can always do the hardest weight possible but for that you need an assitance, and if you don't then it's not the hardest. When you benchpress you want to push yourselfe to the limit which is impossible when you're afraid that next repetition the barbells falls and pierces your heart.

For non-becnh, I don't start with low weightes as well. It's a gradual but not significant increase in weights, so first is kinda like 75% of weight I can do for 3-6.

But again if I feel like kicking ass I do more than 3 or 4.
