HOW MANY SURGERIES DO I NEED? ( High IQ PSLers please help)

I wanna get surgery only to features that are utterly subhuman, not average/ slightly less than average. I would say I got good jaw, average eyes and good enough forward growth shitty nose but can still cope with it. But the lips and the philtrum JFL. Am planing on a lip lift and fat transfer to lips when I turn 18, (am 15 rn) any other surgeries would u guys suggest?

Your philtrum makes you look extremely uncanny, so mse should widen your uppear lip at least, not sure about the effects on upturning it though

Mse won't help alot if I get lip lift and fat transfer, but thanks. I will think about it
