People here always talking about surgery like it is the holy grail

But somehow not many surgery maxxer around with success results posting after surgery

How many surgery maxxer do we have? What's the main problem? Too expensive?

I had bimax already. Still ridiculously swollen. Scheduled almond eye with Taban in Aug. Hoping to see Z to discuss either chin shield+rhinoplasty+upper jaw grafting or chin shield+rhinoplasty+ZSO+upper jaw grafting.

I won't post my results until my swelling is gone. It makes me look bloated and round at the moment.

Ive already had 1 invasive surgery and 2 minimal invasive procedures. Gonna get another one in May or June if my surgeon still accepts appointments.

I had 2 surgeries until now.

The main problem is to keep it hidden from your parents/siblings and from my experience that shit is impossible.
