depends on recovery and food if you eat like shit and sleep like shit you will get zero benefit in going 5x a week insted of 3

imo 3 fbeod is the most optimal one, because it saves a lot of time because you are still in school, and then you get the benefits too, but its a waste if you still eat and sleep like shit

in principle, yes, for starters, you can do a full body workout for about a month, because if you put in a huge load on the first day some part of the body, well, it will be unpleasant)

This is mostly it but sleep matters alot too also recovery can vary a fair amount due to genetics too

recovery 2 me also means sleep thought thatd make sense but good elabroation nonetheless :Comfy:
