How many weight I should i add to each exercise per week?

All depends on how you feel with weighs pal, wishing the best of luck for you in your gym journey. Remember, sometimes things dont work out, but that doesn't mean you should give up.
 
thats not how it works
progressive overload occurs naturally based on whether you are reaching hypertrophy
on each of your lifts make sure your reps dont exceed 12 or deceed 6
ensure that that 6th to 12th rep is your utmost effort
overtime, lets say youre doing bicep curls, if you start on 10 kilos and your 6th rep is your last possible rep if your body has repaired and built up then in a few weeks your may be able to do 8 reps
if was before aiming for 6 reps i wait until i can do at least 10 until changing the weight
