As @truthhurts said there was such a list given to me, and I would say I am pretty aware of what my weak points are.
I just don't feel like anything will really matter, and it certainly won't undo this trauma and self-hatred, and I don't think I could ever be genuinely loved. I am a doomed soul and I can't do anything but feel depressed and sorry for myself.
