around 400-800mg a day, which increases dopamine, adrenaline, and increases testosterone and athletic performance.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18458357/ increased testosterone acutely after large caffeine dose, (with the highest dose 800 mg producing an additional 21% rise compared to placebo.)
https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/16/19/3228 again caffeine intake pre exercise showed superior testosterone levels in men.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24867603/ increased testostrone levels

All together mega doing caffeine up to 800mg shows short term testosterone boosts in men.

Don't go take 800mg of caffeine and don't do anything dangerous of course

i already get a mild chest pain after i consume 120mg caffeine doses lol, doesnt correlate to what you said but isnt this a known thing jfl

Since the effect is short term its probably not gonna make a noticeable difference. I do advocate for using caffeine as a pre-workout simply for the fact that the extra energy will lead to a higher perception of effort and higher motor unit recruitment in the gym, but even with that, the effect is minor and won't make that much difference. Then, when you consider the health risks of mega-dosing caffeine, it simply isn't worth it. Stick with a moderate dose (150-300mg), and when your body gets used to it, stop usage for a few weeks. Effects won't be that huge but still worth it imo. If you don't have access to caffeine its not that big a deal

You shouldn't be getting chest pain with that low a dose. Maybe consult a doctor, you may have some health issue you may not be aware of.
