How much a mans face develops and changes from age of 16 to 21 ? Does it change at all ? When does it stop ? What is actually changing ?

I saw a lot of guys getting from 16 yo mtn level to 20 yo htn level just because their eye area , eyebrows density and bonemaass developed more. What do you guys think about this ? How rapidly 16 years old teen can change in his face to his 20-21 yeras old peak development ?

It depends from person to person but dont expect your bone structure to completely change. It will change substantially but it will be in relative to your general features.

Fat distribution is largely genetic, so if you have dark circles due to poor undereye fat for example it wont change that. Same can be said for hooding. Most features are determined prenatally as a result of hormone exposure.

okey so what does help to reduce eye bags and how muh of a falio they are in your opinion ? beside the obvious things like a lot of sleep

i know , iam talking more about early teens like 16 who are high mtn / low htn can ascend to high htn /cl for sure if they development goes right

I have dark circles caused by lacking fat pad and drinking 3-4 liters of water consistently has shown some marginal improvement. Long term solutions include fat grafting and dermafillers. Short term frauding consists of concealer usage.

My face changed a lot from 16 to 18, i mean incredibly a fucking lot in a good way, it's like my genes from my mom's side of the family where every guy has insane zygos and brow ridge kicked in, my fwhr increased a lot too and my eye area got more compact, aside from face changes i grew from 5'9 to 6'1 and my frame increased a lot.

I know it sounds lifefuel as fuck but every person is different tbh, just pray to be blessed with a good late puberty, you will feel it and notice it in your behaviour, i got more impulsive and aggresive, before 15 i had got in like 4 fights in my whole life, and since 2021 i've been in 7, won all of them including one with a guy 4 years older who was such a fucking twink lmao.

Try to be healthy and active as fuck, even though it's mostly genetics, you will feel better by having an active lifestyle, join a sports team, football and soccer are good options and if you're a tallcel then basketball, if you got that smoke in you then start practicing a contact sport, boxing is the best imo.

When it comes to food you should listen to your gut, using the calorie counting method to eat is the most retarded shit ever, even the creator of it agreed it had a lot of flaws, take a look at this video

By active i also mean you should party and do stupid shit with your homies btw, don't be a bitch, having fun is the key to not being depressed.
