How much advancement would I need

How many mm would I need for a lefort to even make a worthwhile difference? My lower third is fine, eyes are slightly cooked but fuck doing anything near my eyes. I need to escape flat midface hell

Not an accurate side profile picture for a couple reasons. Your head is tilted to the side too much from what the phone lens is capturing (probably like 10 degrees too much). Additionally your head is pointing downwards compared to the camera lens, the picture is not taken using the frankfurt plane.

I don't think you need LeFort though even with the side picture not being too great.
