As much as you want, experiment away

Start on 20mg, its a lot of Anavar but you should be able to put up with it. If you can, keep at it for 2 weeks then double it to see how you feel. Add another 20mg for 2 weeks, etc etc for max of 10 weeks. You'll get an idea of how much you should be able to tolerate.

Personally anything above 40mg for me starts for fuck my BP enough, gives me bad enough pumps that I dont want to work out. You want to stop where you feel like it isn't worth increasing it any more
