How much anterior forward depth can you get from surgery?

How much anterior facial depth is possible from surgery?

according to my ceph scan (attached) I am missing 2cm of forward growth.

I am pretty sure that is all anterior as my posterior growth is good.

Can this be fixed via surgery?
