before i was anti beta carot, fuck beta carot fag gang

but i have realised looks or death and also i’m on retin-a purge phase my skin is shedding to shit so sensitive i do not want to go outside and get a tan

i got some astaxanthin 12mg and im also gonna take some beta carrot. saw some people say that they take 25000IU but also some people saying they take like 100k IU. what do you guys recommend
