How much bf% can you lose in 1 month of aggresive mini cut (-1000calories) ?

Need to lose my skinny fat asap but heard you should do aggr mini cut 1month max

I drink 1 monster energy a day ( 240 Cals ) and i eat 1 ice cream from Magnum (240 more cals)

And im almost shredded af :cool::cool::cool:
 
Like 4% if you're like me and don't lose muscle.
 
7,700 cal in 1 kg of fat

Therefore assuming your have an average male BMR of 2000 cal you will be in a deficit of 1000.

Days dieting x gross deficit / 7700

(30 x 1000)/7700 = 3.9kg of fat

I’m eating around 1600-1900 calories a day 220-240g of protein and three weeks in, so far lost about 9-11lbs of fat and my strength hasn’t changed in the gym, if anything it might have improved on some lifts.

Fuck losing just 1lb a week that would take fucking forever to get results

I get 60g carbs on lifting days and 60-70g fat a day the rest is protein.

My diet consists of nutritious quality stuff like cottage cheese, pistachios, salmon, chicken, berries, bananas, olive oil, eggs & amongst other stuff and i drink the huel black edition shakes

Just added all the macros & calories up to make sure they all fit my requirements.

I’m doing 1-2 hours of low intensity zone 2 cardio a day also
