How much body fat % do I need for a more defined face?

I’m currently lean with my visible abs and chest definition they arent the best but they are visible more than most people I know but my face still looks soft and my cheeks are a bit chubby.
So my question is:
What’s the minimum body fat % needed to get a well-defined, angular face?
Is it just a matter of lowering body fat more, or could there be other factors holding my face back?
I’m currently around 17-19% body fat

also how can you be currently lean at 17-19% bf? thats not lean, but if you want leaner face, start at 12-14% unless your just boneless and can't get hollow cheeks

Normally anything under 15 % should be good enough and for very strong results i would recommend 9-12% body fat but just so u know the less bone mass u have in ur face the more ur gonna have to loss fat . Also keeping and maintaining ur body fat under 15% is difficult and having a body fat % of 10 or less is really hard and also just bad for ur testosterone production just so u know

6 % is pretty much impossible to actually maintain and keep up with , besides that such a low percentage most likely will kill ur testosterone production a significant amount

6% really isn't that hard, you can eat whatever you want as long as you do a shit ton of cardio, and yes it will even out, test won't matter when your older lol, my dad was maintaining around 6-7% bf for years before bulking in his 20's just to party and slay everyday:lul: and no 10-15% bf is easy to maintain, hormones start being affected during single digit bf, most of the kids in my school are 10% bf jfl, just the average kid, anyways why would you care about test when your older?? no reason imao, all your growth is finished for the most part, there's no need

Yeah ur right test doesn’t matter if ur fully grown in every aspect but for that to be true u have to be at the very least 21 years old or even older . Also being in a caloric deficit only through cardio isn’t necessarily impossible or even wrong but it definitely is less effective than just eating less and also many people don’t have the time or discipline to do that much cardio . Btw u are right with the hormones thing but i still wouldn’t risk it since there still is a possibility of that happening

Forgot to mention it but he’s right , mostly depends on ur genetics that decide where u lose fat first and also where u store fat the most/fastest

Thanks man same goes for u , really frustrating to see most people just not put effort and research into their own questions but also other people’s questions. I even made a post once saying that i’m going to help every single person that has problems or questions about steroids/ medications in my dms . I helped 2 people buy their very first steroids and one guy bought some meds cause of my help . Hope ur having a good day bro and continue to be a good member of this forum ❤️🙏🏼

Btw if ur willing to spend around 150 dollars on some certain medications or steroids u can easily lose more fat faster than before with no issues i’m willing to help u and guide u with that if u want

Lipolab works and it’s fairly cheap too, just can’t be afraid of needles

i mean ur not wrong but it’s a fat dissolver made for small and specific areas on the body it would be kinda not that effective if his goal is getting leaner in general

If he’s got visible abs and he has a chubby face he’s a perfect candidate for lipolab, obviously I would only use it for face purposes as it doesn’t seem to be great for large areas imo

Yeah ur right make sense obviously my bad for the misunderstanding. But i mean if his entire face is chubby including every area ( cheek , chin , forehead , eye bags , jaw area ) wouldn’t that make it very difficult to use lipolab or any fat dissolver and get a good or a even result since they work kinda not that detailed

His issue is his cheeks so that would be perfect, I personally wouldn’t use lipolab near the eye area for blindness reasons lmao but I’m currently using it for my chin, cheeks, and neck area. I’ve only done 1 session and it takes some 3-4 sessions to notice results. But I’ll make a thread with before and after results when I’m fished
