Depends on the person, don't dive straight into a deficit, at your bodyfat you'd be constantly fighting with your ghrelin, I recommend eating your maintenance calories and getting them from exclusively "healthy" and natural sources for the time being i.e animal products and fruit/nuts and regularly exercising.

Cut time out of your mind for now, just try to get a little better every day until you feel like you can take the next step, don't listen to retards on here swearing you need to fast or jump directly into a 1000kcal deficit.
