175cm 70kg looking to get to 64 by the end of the summer, I average about 10k steps daily, occasionally play basketball & bike and go to the gym 3 times a week (upper lower, 2 times upper cuz it’s more important for aesthetics)

I’m from eastern Europę so fitness pal doesnt have many products i might eat and i wanted advice from someone cuz fitness apps only allow adults (dont count in growing during puberty) and i also dont wanna hinder my potential height with starvemaxxing.

mf just use a calorie calculator it's like the easiest thing, but I did it for u I assumed your age was 16 so your maintenance calories is 2600 recommended deficit during puberty is like 200-300 so around that
also I would recommend fbeod instead of 2 upper 1 lower it's probably best split for 3 days
 
15-25% of your daily calories should come from fat. Might be slightly less if you are cutting.

Get the app YAZIO it’s free helped me a lot when I was cutting and bulking
 
there should be some calories calculator online
