How much can a genio improve? (PICTURES in comments)

I had djs almost 7 months ago and my maxilla is quite good now. (can answer anything related to djs)
My browridge is masculine as well so my glabella and subnasale are all set.

But oh my god, my pogonion is killing me. CCWR made my side look more compact and since my maxilla is moved forward, my convexity angle is so fucked.
It’s 140 degree and i wonder whats the limit with genioplasty.

Can i get 165+ degree?
Can a genioplasty add 20-25 degrees?
Lower lip sensation is also crucial for me so i wanna keep it safe as possible.

i don’t even want to go outside atp i try my best to not turn my side to anyone. My doctor says my mandibular’s position is fine (since djs corrected my bite) but they don’t understand that i couldn’t care less about function.
