you have quet some fat even tho you have you have some spots normal other body parts looks skinny so half skinny fat i maybe your chest gives skinier look recomend chose one cardio either runnin swimmin be good at it become decent runner or swimmer and then become advanced powerlifter or calisthenics athlete you gonna have perfect body for you
on my opinion lets say if you are now 5 out of 10 for example perfect body could ad 1.5 points also things like how smoth and glovie are your skin if its taned doesnt have acne or any bumps
