How much can colored contacts ascend you?

Some people say they can add up to 0.25 SMV which is pretty high. But I've seen people wearing them (albeit cheap ones) and they didn't provide a very noticeable effect. One of my friends told me she was wearing olive green contacts and I legit couldn't see until she was much closer.

i wouldnt say it ascends anyone at all but there could be a slight diffrence but not very much

If u get desio innocent white they look good, there a very noticeable light blue n they look kinda goofy online but irl they ascend u

A10 looks uncanny if you don't have the colouring for it afaik.

What other colours would u suggest that can be seen from from a distance?

I was thinking 9mmsfx but these look pretty good tbh. My only fear is that buying contacts that look like t30s from in room lighting.
