From what a heard ptosis is when they change manipulate the muscle of upper eyelid

And a lot of surgeon even good I don't know why fail it

Why you want one ? Is it for your negative eyebrow tilt ? I don't think ptosis is for this kind of issue

you have similar mcdonalds eyebrow that i had before, the fat graft can raise them up. I think that is the biggest failo you have, eyebrow shape, it makes you look tired/sad. I'm not sure you have ptosis? Look at my eyes before, that is ptosis and uneven eyes with severe UEE. In reality I need infras probably but wanted to try this first

I don't think so. ptosis is mostly about eyelid positioning. For example mine are positioned right ontop of my pupils on both eyes with a clear asymmetry. I have a consultation planned with a oculoplastic surgeon.
It seems your eyelids are above the pupil anyways a bit higher positioning could give you senpaku eyes if the upper scleral start showing with a ptosis correction.

Ptosis repair is also risky, and more anatomically demanding to perform, Canthopexy has more predictable risk profile

Before, after u shouldn't lose weight for a while if u want to keep fat, gained some of it back but now gonna cut down again
