From the back I look like a top 20% frame but from the front I look like shit. Am a turbo lanklet with clothes.

How much can someone who is completely ungymcelled (probably can’t even bench more than 100 lbs anymore) increase their bideltoid?

should I inject T and hope for longer clavicles
 
1 inch - 2 inches if you're natty

2+ if you're roiding

even if you don't get a lot wider, your shoulders will have a much better shape compared to when you first started

From what ive seen, young roid heads seem to legit grow their clavicles when they gymmax and juice.

So i dont think that saying 4 inches in juice is so far fetched.

Granted, i never touched actual roids in my life and im not even a gymcel currently.
 
1. Inject.
2. Get very strong on Chinups.
3. Get very strong on OHP.
4. Hammer your side delts twice a week

Ohp is legit insane for delts imo, caging at the manlet gymcels who hyperfocus on bench and deadlifts and look gigashit after a year of training :feelskek:
