I imagine most the claims of people gaining 2 inches are probably larp or very rare but what can you gain if you do a regular amount for like, a year, for length and girth respectively?
Would it be possible for me to upgrade my 5.6x4.8 SBC to like a (at least close to) 6 to 6.3 x 5 medium tier one?
