currently 5’9 152lbs 15yrold, wake up go to school and walk home 2 miles, would i need more cardio to lose fat?

Cardio is significantly less important than diet

So much so you can just skip it all together

I tend to stick to 1 indgredient foods, today i had 4 eggs, 4oz steak, 4 sweet potatos, and then a pound of ground beef grass fed. some watermelon and berries orange juice and a scoop of grass fed paisturized collagen, would this be optimal for weight loss?

Carbs convert to sugar

Sugar concerts to energy

Energy is stored as fat

Reduce sweet potatoes, 2 is probably fine, and these are a great and healthy carb

Remove the orange juice, fruits are okay

Almost perfect just those small adjustments

And if desired results aren't achieved lower to 1 sweet potato

my frame is dog shit, i have 33inch waist, ive lost alot of weight so im not even sure if its fat or what, also. Wouldnt i need calcium to maximize height? Ive heard milk is shit and raw milk is only good, so im not entirely sure.

Raw milk is ideal

Get some Fairlife milk though if that's what you need, it's lactose free so won't fuck up your acne or give reactions as badly as regular milk might,

I actually have 0 acne what so ever. Just the frame that is pissing me off, Pointy nipples, and lack of muscle definition. Anyway. Is it true that raw milk gives like diseases and shit though?

My friends tells me dont eat veggies or milk just stick to raw milk (never drank it) but stressing over height

Calcium cannot be formed in the bones without proper carrier molecules and whatever the fuck

But a shit ton of milk won't hurt

However if I did that I'd be covered in pimples, if that's not the case for you
