How much coffein for a good workout

How much coffein should I be taking as a teen i usually only drink one monster so about 150 Mg but im not sure if i even feel the kick should I just drink 2?

It depends on how old you are, if you are a teen try taking caffeine powder or even supplements because the caffeine in a monster goes out really quickly, so if you take like a caffeine supplement it will also contain a certain amino acid that will make the caffeine release into your body smoothly ( like l-theanine)

Max 400mg per day. Use it only for workouts or studying/work.

DONT use it just to ‘feel energised’. It’s bad for u, u might as well use it to be productive

js drink urine, urine promotes optimal blood flow for workouts
