Probably 20, rn 15 maybe? I just want to get rid of all my facial fat, my left side is already lean but no hollow cheeks. I could get hollow cheeks below 12% because I have naturally fat cheeks, other people are born with leaner faces.

My face stores a lot of fat but at like 14-15% it started to lean out

Looks 22-23 very bloated
I was like that 10 months ago
Nowadays it's leaner but I don't have hollow cheeks.
Eat protein, low carbs, no salt, no sugar. Eat vegetables, fruits...
I might post my face again when I get hollow cheeks.
