How much did Malnutrition mess me up?

I was malnourished from the age of basically when I was born until I came into the UK so basically right before or a few months before my 12th birthday, well I visited and stayed before and I was kid but then went back due to complications.

I think it fucked my childhood as I didn’t really have much and I didn’t do much when I was 13-14/15/16.

Well TBH I never knew if I had a good base or not but probably not TBH.
