mine grew from 18 to 19 from incel tier to slightly below average

yeah. i've seen multiple changes from 18 to 19 that seemed to be overnight. I just got a lot more masculine looking, my jaw, my shoulders and also my wrists seem to have gotten better.

keep in mind im not working out rn, so its not muscle
