how much DNP should I get?

need to lose 15-17 kgs (33-35lb) to reach 8% bf (got 0 muscle mass but idc ill run test later)
now my q is, how much DNP should I get and how long do I gotta run it to lose allat? I dont wanna go above 250mg cuz the sides are crazy
50g DNP around 60$ in QSC, should that be enough? I unfortunately have to be at a 500 surplus because my parents dont let me get on a caloric deficit lol (will try to vomit or throw out food or sum idk)

Nigga your maintenance calories is enough for me to sustain 1kg weekly weight loss

Your metabolism must be fucked if you eat that much and ur still a fatty

ye my parents force feed me lol I can survive on 1500 tbh i dont even like eating
Im short so that plays a part too

sides are not crazy especially if ur in winter, for me being on 400-600mg at this weather is really ez but 50g should be plenty for u
if ur capping qsc raw powder yourself be careful with measuring u don't wanna fuck up the dose
but if ur sub 170cm and trying to get to like 115lb I doubt u will be 8%, maybe around 12% which is better than 8% anyways
and realistically it'll take longer than 3 months

I was thinking about doing burst doses, like running for 7-10 days, then a 7-10 day break with just deficit, then another cycle, break repeat
what do you think ab that

figure out a way to eat as little as possible for 14 days
repeat

not sure why ur parents force feed you that’s kind of odd. just say you ate at school or something

ight ill look into that, 21 days is still long that's an entire cycle for most.
Also I'm still confused with the dosing, is 200-250mg even worth it cuz slow metabolism + short makes it tough for me to lose calories in itself. I'd have to consume anorexic levels of food which I probably cannot even sustain

those burst cycles are better off being done at 400mg, riboka is right about running it for 21 days but u only need to lay off the food for a week instead of two after dropping the cycle, also dnp increases ur appetite by a fuck ton so you're gonna have a lot of cravings and u will succumb from time to time
