How much do genetics actually matter?

If a ltn has a child but the child has the perfect diet and perfect posture for everything while growing up wouldn't they become model tier people 90% of the time and same thing goes for the opposite if a chad has a child that eats garbage food and has horrible habits and posture wont the child probably be ltn or subhuman?

They could improve their baseline genetic by consuming natural foods and avoiding garbage.
And the child could also maximize his potential by following the same path.
But all of this depends on one's parents.
There is hope if your parents are intelligent and self-aware.

If someone took twins and one grew up in horrible conditions like bad diet bad posture high stress life and the other grew up with the perfect diet no stress and perfect posture there would be a huge difference in looks height and health even though they basically have the same genetics

It really depends, look at someone like Richard Ramirez, his diet was pure shit and yet he was still a mogger. I'd say genetics play 60 % of it or more
