I think it is difficult to answer as there are shared costs (fixed costs) in operations that are usually combined. And fees and costs vary depending on the surgeon, hospital, country...

It can be better for you to wait and save money to get the adequate and optimal treatment instead of “having some done” just to improve a bit, as these minor improvements would affect that final optimal treatment, in terms of planning, surgical difficulties and outcome.

If you want to get something done soon make it non surgical and fully reversible, i.e. hyaluronic acid fillers.
