Did pr a week ago 110 kg little struggle at 16

I only bench 250 kg with only 100 repetitions. I’m kinda weak, i know, but we all have to start somewhere haha

140kg, i can also run 30miles and do 30 pullups.

I don't bench, but I'm not concerned about benching more than my body weight (varying between 75-85 kgs) as that is faggotry.
One should only gymcel to attract women, not to attract homosexual competent gymcel fags.

50 kg for 5 reps atm, LONG way to go. I also need to build muscle mass because my bodyweight is subhuman af

Yes they are, that’s why 10-12 pull ups is the sweet spot to not be considered unathletic fat blob nor dyel manlet who does CrossFit tier numbers

I needed stupid amounts of roids and bulking just to bench 165kg at my peak jfl - best natty was 140 but natty I actually trained like a strengthcel whereas on roids I never really did besides that one training block to max my bench
right now maybe 150 but I haven't barbell benched in forever or gone below maybe 6 reps on anything
as grateful as I am that my genetics mean I grow muscle to looking a lot stronger than I am, and I would never want it to be the other way around, I do sometimes wish I could throw around retarded amounts of weight - have seen guys benching 220+ at some of the roidcel dungeon gyms I've been to and it is cool tbh
as subhuman as those guys may look there is a certain presence they have and status to gymcel females at those gyms and sometimes on social media as well

I've never tried but I think I could manage 20 lbs.

been on just 200mg test for nearly 2 years now and done a couple of 6 week runs of 20mg var on top of that, never plan on taking more than that again I legit don't want any additional muscle mass
ran all sorts in my early 20s, at that time was test tren and anadrol but I've used most compounds other than the really harsh DHTs that destroy your hair and the really obscure niche ones, also never used HGH or insulin

I benched 2 reps at 85kg lol

should probably get a gym membership and try and improve that instead of just doing push ups in extreme volume.
 
80kg -> 120kg last 10ish weeks

titrating up to 155kg within next 12-16 weeks. been off tren and adrol for 2 weeks, time to throw in sdrol and DMHA :p

That's impressive if you weigh less than 80 kg. Otherwise, meh..
 
I havent tested my one rep max in a while but i hit 225lbs for one ass on bench clean a few months ago, but now I only flat bench once a week and do high reps as im more focused on hypertrophy and getting other lifts + lower body up
