How Much Do You Care About A Girl's Personality?

I actually care a lot about a girl's personality, beliefs and value system. I want a girl whose nice, friendly, intelligent, can hold a conversation and has a similar value system and lifestyle to mine. I don't care how cute a girl is, I'm not interested in her as a romantic partner if she doesn't have a similar value system and lifestyle to that of mine.

I care a lot, actually. Unless she's violently ugly or obese (same thing, really) it's the most important thing to me. Even if she was stunningly attractive personality would be important to me.

Unfortunately women don't care at all about personality, and most of them (nearly all) have shit ones.

Because of hypergamy number one thing is good power dynamic in the couple. Man needs to be sufficiently above the girl status wise in her eyes or its going to go sour and she will cheat or leave. Once that is in place, her personality will often magically be great.
