how much will this impact my development
and how long would you guys advice me to cut for
currently around 19-20% bf thinking of cutting until 13-15%

yeah that’s what i was thkikng tbh
i’m going to be a manlet regardless unless i get some kind of late growth spurt
so i’d rather not waste away my teenage years being bloated and fat
