How much does being lean affect the face?

Can going from 20% to a good 10-12% bf make a significant difference in the face? and does starting off at a lower body fat like 15% to 10-12% also make a difference?

Does anyone have any stories about becoming lean and it has delt them some favours? Can someone go from LTN to HTN if they lost face fat?

Yeah, it makes a significant difference in terms of how you look.

It depends on your bone structure/fat distribution. But for the most part being lean makes everything more defined. You shouldn't be too lean though.

Yes, it can. I believe that it is the most important thing when it comes to making yourself better, you can have very good bones and still not have great definition because of bad fat distrubution, or you can be skinny fat 16-17% and consider yourself pretty lean but it is simply not enough, you need to go down to 10%. There is so many cases when it does a big difference, i wonder how many good looking people walk around not knowing about potential. Every bit of water retention or fat gotta go
