BF% = starvemaxxing to get less body fat % (LESS FAT)
Debloating = potassium, water, salt (WATER RETENTION)

Low body fat is like 95% of looking slim
Debloat is extra 5%

“debloating” mostly only works for people at low bodyfat a.e. if you already have hollows but they go after you eat a bloatmeal or you just wake up. i personally run 25mg eplerenone per day and it does a lil bit but i have yet to get actual hollows, thats when debloating really comes into play.
