Depends on your height. I've gained 50 lbs in the past few years at 6'7" and my face looks the same. Someone who's 5'8" who does the same will look much worse.

You answered your own question here though:

just masseter hipertrophy maybe

Your masseters won't grow unless you work them out for years. They're the same muscle type as calves which take years of high rep exercises for minimal growth.

my calf grew at a year without me focusing too much

sometimes you can tell someone is jacked just by looking at his face
Jawline + neck = T level. Doesn't apply to nerds who started training in their 20s without steroids.

Zero. Your neck gets wider probably though if you deadlift

Important to note though. Taller people especially like you will have more pure mass gain over lifetime. Average height dude will only add like 25 to 30lbs on average due to smaller frame. It equals out though because your frame also makes it more difficult to look stacked

Neck is the only difference you see

It wouldn't change your face. But it would change your neck which is really important

Gaining muscle won't change your face but losing fat might.
