Depends on how ur body reacts to it but u can expect an increase of muscle mass and better recovery of over 20% up to 100%

igf lr3 is really good for muscle

you will gain muscle and burn fat at the same time fastly

I don’t get the igf hype. Why not just pin hgh?

the difference is definetly notable
hgh is used by every pro body builder and will have a big impact if ur using a proper dose
im not too sure about igf-1 but acc to clav u should use it pre workout
The difference is notable when combined with anabolics by itself don’t expect much

hGH does not build muscle/cause muscle growth.

Given the same caloric surplus, the hGH user will stay leaner while accumulating the same muscle tissue than a non hGH user. Similarly, a hGH user can run a higher calorie surplus while maintaining body fat levels and therefore accrue more muscle tissue.

I can run a 1k surplus and maintain body fat levels for the most part without issue on hGH. Using hGH is how you make real progress since you can actually push a decent surplus while on gear without much bodyfat gain. Muh 200 calorie surplus is how you end up making minimal progress at all.
