How much does it cost to build a gaming PC?

The only game I intend to play on it is Pro Evolution soccer because it has gameplay-mogged FIFA for decades and the mods on PC that add official kits etc make the game look much better. I have a PES youtube channel with 15k subs but havn't uploaded properly since 2017
I work with a guy who built a Gaming PC for €1400 and he intends to do livestreaming

around 2k for most 2019-2020 games in that you'll be able to play them smoothly at least on high graphics settings, maybe even "ultra"
