Never did a proper cycle even, I used it inconsistently i was just a lazy ignorant teen that wanted quick weight loss

yeah i misread i thought you had 3 weeks and were waiting for 4

i wouldnt recommend it, wont have negative effects it just wont be as effective with lower doses
