Quite a lot

Or they all 3 independent things.. in which case maturity matters the least with women under 25
After they start chasing maturity more and more because of their biological clock.. they need to find a partner

Intelligence matters the most indirectly, as I mentioned knowing how to read a chick. Direct intelligence, book smarts not really required. Job is better indicator of what they want specifically

And finally personality.. matters with the good high quality women. Low quality (majority) will not care that much
