Last night I got like no sleep and it made me look far uglier than usual imo. Like I’m sorta ugly but more of low tier normie but today I looked like a fucking truecel

yes, what will happen is that when you get proper sleep, your face automatically performs self-cosmetic surgeries while your sleeping, so when you wake up you'll look chad. but when you don't get enough sleep, there isn't enough time for your face to perform the self-surgeries.

My face gets puffed up right when I wake up. I think people look better at night because the face looks more defined tbh. but for long periods (days) of no sleep it probably fucks up collagen/skin

1. it's called water retention
2. you are eating too many carbs
3. by the end of the day your face burns glycogen which is stored carbohydrates which holds water in your body
4. workout today and afterwards do a keto or carnivore diet and you'll look the best you've ever looked
