Well yes you just do the same stuff you would do to increase testosterone normally, eat healthy and lift weights. If your really desperate and will do whatever it takes do intermitten fasting so don’t eat from like 8pm-10am this boosts gh, testosterone and androgen receptors sensitivity no disadvantages as long as you remain in caloric surplus. Also takes lots of vitamins especially vitamin D I think?
