How much elemental zinc dosage should i take. Is mine too low ??

Is my zinc dosage too low ?

I heard you have to take 50 mg
So u got Zinc picolinate right the 50 mg ones.

Been taking those but i just learnt it only has 13 mg elemental zinc. So is that too low and should I take 2 to 3 tablets a day of those or am I gonn die??

I also only eat white meat so not a lot of zinc.

cause i can't find any other sources which has 50 mg of actual elemental zinc.

u should get enough from diet alone btw, tablets arent optimal, since u then gotta take a lot of other shit too so u can absorb it, i believe u need Cu for Zinc to get absorbed? research it tho, if there are any other things u should take, but focus on diet

You can easily make a diet plan with just a few “supplement foods” that you eat every day that does the same thing as a multi vitamin.
